NEUMAN&ESSER 2TZS25-250/120二氧化碳压缩机

在二氧化碳气体的回收系统中,NEUMAN ESSER 2TZS25 - 250/120 二氧化碳压缩机在回收系统中具有提供压缩动力重要作用:该压缩机通过往复式活塞运动,将收集到的低压二氧化碳气体增压至 1.9 - 2.1MPa,以便于后续的液化、储存和运输创造必要条件。自投入使用以来,累计运行时间已达5年。在长期运行过程中,设备为生产的稳定开展提供了重要保障,但随着运行时间的增加,部分部件逐渐出现磨损、老化等问题,对设备的运行效率和安全性产生了一定影响,因此启动本次大修工作。

性能
1
排气压力:在设备运行过程中,通过压力表实时监测设备的排气压力。测试结果表明,设备的排气压力稳定在 20 bar,满足生产对排气压力的要求,且压力波动范围较小,在允许范围内。

2. 排气温度:通过温度表实时监测设备的各级气缸的排气温度,记录测量数据。测试结果显示,各级气缸的排气温度均在设备设计允许的范围内,且温度分布均匀,无局部过热现象,说明设备的冷却系统运行正常,能够有效降低排气温度。
3. 噪音与振动测试:在设备额定工况下,使用噪音测试仪和振动检测仪分别对设备的噪音值和振动值进行测试。测试结果显示,设备的噪音值为78 dB,振动值为 0.6 mm/s,均符合标准。


In the carbon dioxide (CO?) gas recovery system, the NEUMAN ESSER 2TZS25 - 250/120 CO? compressor plays a crucial role in providing compression power for the recovery system. Through reciprocating piston movement, this compressor pressurizes the collected low-pressure CO? gas to a range of 1.9 - 2.1 MPa, creating essential conditions for subsequent liquefaction, storage, and transportation.Since it was put into operation, the cumulative operating time has reached 5 years. During the long-term operation, the equipment has provided important guarantees for the stable development of production. However, with the increase in operating time, some components have gradually experienced problems such as wear and aging, which have had a certain impact on the operating efficiency and safety of the equipment. Therefore, this overhaul work has been initiated.

Performance
Discharge Pressure: During the operation of the equipment, the discharge pressure is monitored in real time through a pressure gauge. The test results show that the discharge pressure of the equipment is stably maintained at 20 bar, which meets the production requirements for discharge pressure. Moreover, the pressure fluctuation range is small and within the allowable range.
Discharge Temperature: The discharge temperature of each stage of the cylinder is monitored in real time through a thermometer, and the measurement data is recorded. The test results indicate that the discharge temperature of each stage of the cylinder is within the allowable range specified in the equipment design. Additionally, the temperature distribution is uniform without local overheating, which shows that the equipment's cooling system is operating normally and can effectively reduce the discharge temperature.
Noise and Vibration Testing: Under the equipment's rated working conditions, a noise tester and a vibration detector are used to test the noise value and vibration value of the equipment respectively. The test results show that the noise value of the equipment is 78 dB and the vibration value is 0.6 mm/s, both complying with the standards.
